The second painting I submitted into a group show at Outpost, Joshua Tree, a space operated by Aili Schmeltz. For a month it was propped up in front of its own eventual shallow grave, and visitors were encourage to stone it. On the final day, I took these photographs, and buried the painting on her property. I created this photo collage and framed it in the frame in which the original painting was held.
