The next year, I did the same thing with the previous year's framed photograph.
The fence and scaffold changed, sometimes I found old graffiti and concrete stains amidst the new.
At this point I decided to repeat this process annually until the Hall of Justice reopened.
The image of the original canvas got smaller and smaller each year.
